To access the contractual Partnership Lifecycle, an XCircle Token is required. If you do not possess one, generate and download the .json configuration file in a safe location. During generation, to guarantee maximum international compliance, no personal or corporate information is required (Zero-Knowledge). Before starting any commercial negotiations, Shartify Pre-Registration & KYC and Shartify VCard activation must be completed.
The verified partner initiates the partnership process through an intuitive and secure workflow:
- Search & Outreach: Discover prospects via the TrustGate Outreach & Partner Search feature or directly through natural language Agentic Chat.
- Pre-Contractual Dialogue: Conduct negotiations securely via the encrypted messaging channel of the Shartify VCard.
- Agent Briefing: Send the proposal directly in chat, specifying counterparty alias, budget, jurisdiction, language (multilingual support), and specific conditions.
- AI Orchestration: The INXA AI+ Agent autonomously formulates the structure and clauses of the agreement, turning the brief into a review-ready contract draft.
The INXA AI+ Agent assists parties in defining agreement details while enforcing the Authority Rules matrix established by participants in their VCards.
Prior to signing, agents of involved counterparties can reach automated agreement on counterproposals or request human intervention if limits are exceeded.
The contract lifecycle does not end with execution. INXA AI+ agents enable parties to request dynamic updates and automated renegotiations without disrupting the chain of trust.
Every contract is assigned a dynamic Shartify Trust Rank and is periodically audited through a Zero-Knowledge model by querying signatories or authorized stakeholders.
